What is evident in the movement of reclaiming the Babri Masjid for building a Ram Temple is that Hinduism lost its soul. Violence was used to intimidate people. They subverted the Truth and sought worldly gains. Their leaders at the forefront were the ones implicated in rape and sexual abuse cases. Anger was their lifestyle, and the meanness was their behavior. Egos were high, and jealousy towards Muslims was well known.
Hindus, who were claiming that they believe in Satya concocted and promoted lies. Religious leaders who vowed in the sanctity of their faith indulged in violence and used dubious means to capture the land where the Masjid stood for almost 500 years. The people swearing on their religious texts, instigated their followers to commit destruction and murder.
Every vow that Hindus make to follow their faith was broken. It is on these broken vows, Hindus would build the Temple they would dedicate to Ram, their deity, or the manifestation of Shiva.
What an irony that the Temple would now stand on the debris of Hindu values. It is the debris piled by the people who claim to be devotees of Hinduism.
Muslims must understand that God is not their God only. He is the God of every human being. Any place that remembers him as the sole creator of the universe is sacred. The Masjid was sacred, and its destruction is the desecration of the divine sanctitydivine wrath . It will come at the choosing of God. A Temple built on deception and violence can never be called a place to worship him. It would always remind people of the injustice, fraud, injustice, and abuse as long as that Temple remains in existence. Ram Temple would be associated with the broken vows of Hinduism.
The idea that the land allotted to Muslims instead of Babri Masjid is a symbol of injustice. Muslims are capable of building hundreds of Masajid and welfare institutions without the dole coming from those who engineered the demise of Hinduism. They should reject it and work with those Hindus who believe in the sanctity of their religion to build institutions dedicated to justice and fairness.

Archaeo-legal evidence
In matters of archaeo-legal evidence of history,the cumulative patterns of archaeological evidence over 1000s of years are to be used - on matters of theological coordinates.

If he had been the king of India today, he would have punished those who lynched Muslims, vandalised churches or oppressed the Dalits
Today, in the polarised and emotionally-surcharged and communalised atmosphere which has been created by the “Hindutva” forces that have taken control of India, Rama may be depicted and regarded by the Indian minorities (particularly the Muslims) as a fearsome oppressive entity, which symbolises lynching, terrorising and atrocities on them. But was Rama really like that?
We need not go into the controversy whether Rama was a mythological or historical figure, though it may be mentioned that behind every mythology there is usually some history. Homer’s epic poem Iliad is regarded as Greek mythology but some evidence of a Trojan war has been found by archaeologists.
Similarly, my own opinion is that Rama was a great king who did good deeds and was later transformed into a god.
Indeed, in the original Ramayana of Valmiki (in Sanskrit) Rama is not a god but a human being. He was a prince, who later became the king of Ayodhya. It was about 2,000 years later, in the 16th century, that he was transformed into a god by Tulsidas in his epic Ramcharitmanas.
In Valmiki’s Ramayana (which is the original Ramayana) there is a scene where king Dasharatha of Ayodhya, having become old, wants to anoint his eldest son Rama as his successor. But before doing so, he invites the people of Ayodhya and seeks their opinion on the issue. He wants to know whether they think that Rama deserves to be their king after him.
The people of Ayodhya reply: “Nikhilenanu poorvya cha pita putraan iva aurasaan. Shrushushante cha woh shishya kachit varmasu danshitaah. Iti woh purush vyaagrah sada Ramobhibhaashate. Vyasaneshu manushyaanam bhrisham bhavati dukhitah. Utsaveshu cha sarveshu pitev paritushyati. (O King, your son Rama indeed deserves to be the king. He behaves like a father to the people. He grieves when the people are in sorrow due to some calamity or tragedy and is pleased like a father when the people celebrate festivals.)”
So, in the original Ramayana, prince Rama is described as a father to the people of the kingdom, who cares for all of them. A true father is one who takes care of all his children and not he that looks after only some and oppresses the others.
So if Rama had been the king of India today, he would have looked after the welfare of all the people of the country and not that he would have only looked after the Hindus and oppressed the Christians, the Muslims, the Sikhs, the Parsis, the Dalits and other religious minorities. In fact, without a doubt, the just king Rama, would have given severe punishment to those who lynched Muslims or committed atrocities on them, vandalised churches or oppressed the Dalits and other marginalised or weaker sections of Indian society.
In fact, I consider Rama, the just king, to be the great grandfather of the Indian nation. Just as I consider the third Mughal emperor Akbar, who reigned from 1556 to 1605, the “father of the Indian nation” and Emperor Ashoka, who ruled from 268 to 232 BC, the “grandfather of the Indian nation.”
Let me explain why I called Akbar, the “father of the Indian nation.” What we Indians are today is largely because of the solid foundation laid by Akbar, who gave equal respect to all religions. Because of Akbar, we are Indians, not just Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Jains, Parsis and so on. And yet the tragedy is that many Hindus call Akbar a Muslim, while many Muslims call him a Hindu (because he observed many Hindu festivals and ceremonies).

She was continuously weeping and wiping her tears. Her face which was pleasing like the Moon on the lap of Ravana appeared as though the Moon was rising through dark clouds.

Then he whose voice is strident that Ravana lifted her up by her waist and got Vaidehi up on the air-chariot intimidating her with bitter words. [3-49-20]

Reddish and scented lotus-petals adorning that highly auspicious Seetha have slithered, but again upheaved by air they are bestrewn on Ravana. [3-52-16]
NOTE - WHILE RAVANA IS BANGING SEETA - THE PETALS THAT SEETA WORE ARE NOW ON RAVANA ! HOW DID THAT HAPPEN ? HOW CAN THE AIR PLACE THE PETALS AND THE UPPER SAREE OF SEETA ON RAVANA ? IT AIN'T MAGIC ! IT IS SIMPLE SEX ON THE LAP !
तस्याः कौशेयम् उद्धूतम् आकाशे कनक प्रभम् |
बभौ च आदित्य रागेण ताम्रम् अभ्रम् इव आतपे || ३-५२-१७
Upper fringe of Seetha's silk sari with golden glitter is upheaved in the sky, and with the reddish hue of sun in red heat of midday it beamed forth like a reddish cloud. [3-52-17]
NOTE - THIS VERSE MEANS THAT RAVANA "REMOVED" SEETA MAIYA'S SAREE AND SHE WAS "STARK NAKED".A reddish cloud is acceptable either in morning or in evening but not in midday since it is a bad omen. A BAD OMEN FOR SEETA MAIYA
सा पद्म पीता हेम आभा रावणम् जनक आत्मजा |
विद्युत् घनम् इव आविश्य शुशुभे तप्त भूषणा || ३-५२-२४
Seetha, the daughter of Janaka, with a complexion that is goldenly yellowish in the tinge of a lotus, moreover with her ornaments of purified gold, flashed like a lightning possessed in a dark-cloud, when that stonehearted Ravana possessed her. [3-52-24]

प्राशोभयत वैदेही गजम् कक्ष्या इव कांचनी || ३-५२-३०
She that Vaidehi who is so delicate like reddish leaflets of trees made that blackish bodied lord of demons, Ravana, well and truly lambent, herself becoming a golden girdle girded around the elephant like Ravana.
NOTE - LAMBENT MEANS HAPPY AND SMILING AND SEETA IS LIKE A GIRDLE CLASPING THE ELEPHANT ORGAN OF RAVANA

सुप्रवेपित गात्राः च बभूवुः वन देवताः || ३-५२-४१
विक्रोशन्तीम् दृढम् सीताम् दृष्ट्वा दुःखम् तथा गताम् |
On seeing Seetha who is undergoing anguish in that way the sylvan deities physically shuddered in a worst way. [3-52-41b, 42a]

हा लक्ष्मण महाबाहो गुरु चित्त प्रसादक |
ह्रियमाणाम् न जानीषे रक्षसा काम रूपिणा || ३-४९-२४
"Haa, greatly dextrous Lakshmana... oh, rejoicer of your mentor... you are incognisant of me who am being abducted by this demon who is a dissembler. [3-49-24]
जीवितम् सुखम् अर्थाम् च धर्म हेतोः परित्यजन् |
ह्रियमाणाम् अधर्मेण माम् राघव न पश्यसि || ३-४९-२५
"Oh, Raghava, you have relinquished your high-life, happiness, and riches for the sake of righteousness, and though you avowed to protect your observants, you are unobservant of me who am being abducted by the unrighteousness itself. [3-49-5]
ननु नाम अविनीतानाम् विनेता असि परंतप |
कथम् एवम् विधम् पापम् न त्वम् शास्सि हि रावणम् || ३-४९-२६
"Oh, enemy-inflamer Rama, I reckon that you are an absolute controller of uncontrollable beings, I wonder why you are not controlling this kind of sinner, Ravana, indeed?" This is how Seetha started her cry in wilderness. [3-49-26]
आमंत्रये जनस्थानम् कर्णिकारान् च पुष्पितान् |
क्षिप्रम् रामाय शंसध्वम् सीताम् हरति रावणः || ३-४९-३०
"I call the attention of the flowered Karnikaara trees of Janasthaana, you inform Rama that Ravana is thieving Seetha." Thus, she is addressing the woods and others on the ground from air-chariot. [3-49-30]
हंस सारस संघुष्टाम् वन्दे गोदावरीम् नदीम् |
क्षिप्रम् रामाय शंस त्वम् सीताम् हरति रावणः || ३-४९-३१
"I pray you who are with the bustle of swans and saarasa water birds, oh, River Godavari, you promptly tell Rama that Ravana is thieving Seetha. [3-49-31]
दैवतानि च यान्ति अस्मिन् वने विविध पादपे |
नमस्करोमि अहम् तेभ्यो भर्तुः शंसत माम् हृताम् || ३-४९-३२
"I also venerate you, the sylvan deities that travel in this forest with diverse trees or, those that abide on the treetops, you may please inform my husband that I am being stolen. [3-49-32]
यानि कानिचित् अपि अत्र सत्त्वानि निवसन्ति उत |
सर्वाणि शरणम् यामि मृग पक्षि गणान् अपि || ३-४९-३३
"Or, over there, some few beings that are living over there on the ground below, I seek shelter of all the flocks of birds and hoards of animals, and I pray you to convey this news. [3-49-33]
